Your membership fee includes your room, utilities, and Wi-Fi, plus home services like maintenance, lawn care, pest control, and shared household essentials. You can choose weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly payments—your daily rate stays the same, and we prorate it based on your schedule.
RoomWise uses a Membership Agreement (not a traditional lease). There’s a 31-day minimum stay. After that, your membership continues on a flexible basis using the payment schedule you choose (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). If you plan to move out, give notice before your next payment date so we can close your membership properly.
At move-in, you’ll pay an initial membership fee. It includes a one-time move-in fee (typically $50–$100) and prorated dues that cover you until your first recurring due date. You’ll see the full breakdown before checkout. The application (including the background check) is completely free.
Yes—you can tour the property. Once your application is approved, you’ll use the property page to schedule a self-guided tour. That same page is also where you’ll confirm your room choice by selecting your room and entering your move-in details.
